Over sedation of 86yr old Lena Kelly on the 1st October 1999
Causing Respiratory failure type 2 causing fatal injury, after sixteen days admission were all physical monitoring was withheld by Dr Geraldine Lyster the paitent remained on oxygen for four years until her death, covered up by the HSE with legal profession refusing to give representation the medical council supporting the cover-up of medical negligence.
The Minister for health stated the patient recieved the best medical care at said hospital. The medical and legal profession closing ranks the cover up the negligence with politicans and media all closing ranks to ensure the truth is kept from the public.
There are detailed medical notes that prove that over sedation occured

i'll try and upload them asap

The HSE state that they are not accepting the diagnosis at the louth county hospital where Lena Kelly was admitted in emergency to i.c.u.
St Brigids Hospital asked my consent to carry out an E.C.T (forced seizure to the brain) which I refused. The hospital knew that the Lena Kelly had a serious heart problem at this time. The over sedation was carried out with out consent or examination at the hospital.

The case of over sedation to the old woman is already old. But still it is relevant because it concerns future patients of the said hospital particularly the doctor and the nurse involved. I hope people in the medical industry will take this as a lesson and learn from it. Angioplasty
