A refusal has been made by “An Bord Pleanála” for the construction of (a) basement comprised of 63 number car parking spaces (b) ground floor comprised of two number retail units and restaurant (which extends to first floor), (c) first floor comprised of medical centre, restaurant upper level, four number one bedroom apartments and six number two bedroom apartments,

and (d) second/third floors comprised of six number one bedroom apartments; five number two bedroom apartments, two number two bedroom duplex apartments and one number three bedroom apartment.
